Armory: The armory includes several things including a professional reloading room with a raw materials storage room and equipment to maintaining melee weapons. In addition, there are many hidden areas within the headquarters that allows access to a firearm or small melee weapons within 30ft while in the base. These areas are not easily seen by outsiders but easily accessed by those who are in the know.
Combat Room: The room includes a dedicated wrestling area, martial arts area and boxing area in addition to a general sparing/stretching area. Dummies are included that can be practiced on as well. Finally, it includes a separate 15' x 15' room that can be set up for various training scenarios with pop-up close-quarters combat dummies. Nothing like practicing some martial arts moves or increasing your workout routine to include some friendly sparring. The Combat Room is a melee orientated room.
Demolitions Laboratory: The OFF SITE building is 750ft away from the main area. It contains 4ft thick reinforced concrete and steel walls and is capable of withstanding greater blasts, should the need arise.
Dining Hall: The formal area has a long, wooden table to can accommodate up to 20 people. It's perfect for large parties and entertaining guest at dinner.
Dormitory: This is a collection of private, 20' x 20' rooms for up to 20 people. Each room also includes it's own bathroom and walk-in closet. Very spacious!
Firing Range: Get some ranged weapon practice in and blow off some steam while improving your proficiency!
Freight Elevator: It's a large elevator, for freight!
Garage: The garage has enough room for 10 vehicles as well as 3 bays just for vehicle repairs, each with their own vehicle lifts. It also come with shop tools, tire changing tools, diagnostic equipment, and more. There is even a 15' x 20' paint bay in the garage. With the proper skills you can do about anything land-vehicle related here!
Generator Room: A room that contains a large backup generator and battery bank that enough power to keep the base running for 1 day with the loss of primary power. It can run longer with regularly added fuel.
Gymnasium: Fully stocked with a variety of exercise equipment and weights. After a good workout, maybe hit up the pool or sauna!
Hangar: A large hangar that can hold one upper-medium sized, 12 seat aircraft or enough for 8 plus cargo. Leads from a standard landing strip. Also includes an area for maintenance as well as aircraft specific maintenance tools. Plane not included.
Helipad: A helipad that will open up and lower 1 helicopter below to a storage deck. It also includes a maintenance area and tools for working specifically on aircraft.
Incinerator: It's large. It's hot. Burn your trash or whatever else you want (to a point).
Kitchen: A large kitchen that contains two double ovens (four total), two microwaves, and two large refrigerators in addition to a separate walk-in refrigerator and walk-in freezer and a walk-in pantry for dry goods. It also contains a wine chiller, trash compactor, two dish washers and dual, extra wide, extra deep sinks. Finally, the area includes a Mess Hall that can feed up to 20 people at once. The Mess Hall is separate from the Dining Hall. The Mess Hall is more casual and seating isn't a fancy.
Laboratory: A 3 laboratory setup. Each room includes a variety of equipment for a variety of applications. Lab 1 is a Genetics & Micro Lab. Lab 2 is a Medical Cybernetics Lab/Implantation Lab. Lab 3 is a Transdisciplinary Lab (catch-all). HERE is a list of the equipment within a each laboratory.
Library: Nice area with comfy chairs, a fire place, and nice, big comfortable couches. Also includes a computer with Internet access and a micro-film machine. An excellent place for research.
Medical Bay: Fully stocked and houses a variety of equipment to treat basic to moderate illnesses and issues. It also has a separate room for surgery and a main area with 5 patient beds.
This enlarges the Medbay to a fully functioning area that has 5 beds and contains 1 separate surgical area. It also contains an x-ray machine and more advanced medical equipment.
Meditation Room: Perfect for Yoga, or just relaxing. It's a very quiet space.
Movie Theaters: Large room with a 20' screen and plush seating for up to 20 people. It even comes with movie streaming capabilities, a top-of-the-line projector and a large library of digital films up to 4K! This is a perfect place to relax and watch a movie!
Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna/Steam Room: Large room with a 10 person, dedicated sauna and steam room. Also contains an Olympic sized pool and with an additional heated lap pool and 10 person hot tub. Also includes a separate room with 10 massage tables and other spa style amenities and supplies.
Server Room: Large server room that is 20' x 20'. It has it's own dedicated high-speed Internet connection that is separate from the house and dedicated air flow/cooling system in addition to proper sound dampening for the rest of the house.

Workshop: The 50' x 50' space includes advanced equipment such as Large Forge and Blacksmith Area, Hydro Jet Cutter, Laser Jet Cutter, Pneumatic Compressor and Tools, Wood Lathe, and 3D Printer specially designed for printing in applicable metals. It also includes a CNC Machine and Metal Lathe.
